Victor Forna
Victor Forna was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He's a speculative short fiction writer based in his home country, where he's currently completing an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. His short story, Dɔrə's Song, was longlisted by the Short Story Day Africa Prize, 2019. He's most passionate about telling mind-boggling tales that are also layered enough to reveal glimpses of the human experience, and about the unreality of reality, and he's quite unreal himself. He's going to try to write a novel in the next couple of years.
